Ages 0 months through 6 months
Classes are lead by Jess Applin whose PhD in developmental psychology provides expertise in infant cognitive and social development. Some classes will also welcome local perinatal experts (like postpartum doulas, sleep consultants, family and relationship therapists, lactation consultants, pelvic floor PTs, etc.) for additional learning opportunities. Caregivers will receive support and have a chance to connect with other local parents. Sensory activities will be available for babies to engage with during discussion. Classes last 1 hour 30 mins. Both parent partners welcome.
