Our placement process
Step 1 — Intake Questionnaire
Families begin by completing a detailed intake questionnaire that helps us understand scheduling needs, childcare goals, parenting style, household routines, and preferences.
Step 2 — In-Home Consultation
We conduct an in-home meeting to better understand your family dynamic, answer questions, and determine which nanny candidates may be the best fit.
Step 3 — Curated Candidate Matching
Families receive a personalized shortlist of carefully selected nanny candidates from our vetted roster.
Step 4 — Interviews & Selection
Families interview their preferred candidates and choose the nanny who feels like the best fit for their home and lifestyle.

Meet the founder
Jess Applin is a mom of two and holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. She is also the founder of Growing Littles, a development-based playspace that offers grown-up-and-me classes, new parent support groups, prenatal education, and family events. With firsthand experience as both a parent and caregiver, Jess understands the importance of finding the right fit for both families and nannies alike. Jess is involved in all aspects of the matching process to assure a personalized experience.
